Meet Kelsey

Not your typical consultant.

My background in consulting is rooted in athletics, leadership, and operations. Not a boardroom.

The Athlete

Kelsey was a Division I softball player at Central Connecticut State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She then worked as a Strength & Conditioning Intern with the Wisconsin Badgers Football Team and the Syracuse University Athletics Department.

The Sales Leader

From there, she moved into the fitness industry as Head Personal Trainer, Director of Fitness Sales, and a member of the leadership team in an operations-focused role, sharpening the accountability, performance, communication, and systems work she brings to businesses today.

“The funny thing is, consulting businesses isn’t all that different from coaching people toward their health and fitness goals.”

The “aha” moment

Athletes don’t start with a workout plan. Businesses shouldn’t either.

When a fitness client came to Kelsey, they didn’t start with a workout plan. They started with a deep dive who they were, where they wanted to go, what was holding them back, what success looked like.

Habits, behaviors, accountability, stress, nutrition, sleep, everything that influences long-term success. Then they built a plan, measured progress, adjusted, and worked toward independence.

A few years ago, it hit her: businesses need the exact same thing.

The mission

Business owners are often incredibly talented at what they do. They’re usually so good that they build a successful company around that expertise. But somewhere along the way, many become trapped inside the business they’ve created. They’re the first one in, the last one out, the last one to take a paycheck, and the last one to take a vacation.

“I don’t believe that’s what success should look like.”

I believe business owners should have it all: a profitable company, a strong team, clear systems, meaningful growth, and the freedom to actually enjoy the life they worked so hard to build.

Kelsey’s journey

Every stop along the way built the expertise she brings today.

Are we a match?

Core Values

This partnership works best when we see the world the same way. These five values run through every engagement we take on.

01

Nothing changes if nothing changes

if you do what you've always done you'll get what you've always gotten. If you're unsatisfied with that- make changes.

02

Full ass it

if you want it, commit hardcore. Do the research, take a lesson, put the time in, care about it, obsess about it, be 100% present with it when you're with it.

03

Accountability pays the bills

don't lie to yourself- be real with your effort and where that lands you. If you fail, say it, and try again. There's no shame in the owning it game.

04

Time Block your f*cking schedule

To some this looks like a prison, in reality it's the FREEDOM you've been dying for.

05

Work to LIVE

Whatever this means to you & yours
